SMS sign-in for drivers is not active yet. This page describes the driver authentication consent flow we intend to launch, for review by our messaging provider and carriers. No SMS messages are sent through this program until it is approved and released.

How a Driver Will Request a Code and Consent
- A transportation company using MyDispatchHub registers a driver and the driver’s mobile number, and enables mobile access for that driver.
- The driver opens the MyDispatchHub driver mobile application and enters their mobile number with country code.
- The app explains that, if the number is registered with MyDispatchHub, a one-time verification code will be sent by SMS.
- Directly beneath the “Request OTP” button, the driver sees the SMS consent disclosure: who sends the messages, message frequency, message and data rates, HELP and STOP instructions, and links to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- The driver taps “Request OTP”. Tapping the button after seeing the disclosure is the consent action.
- Only then does MyDispatchHub request delivery of a single SMS verification code to that number. The driver enters the code in the app to sign in.
The driver performs the consent action. A dispatcher or administrator cannot give SMS consent on a driver's behalf, and MyDispatchHub does not send authentication messages that the driver did not request in the app.
Consent Disclosure
The driver app will display the following disclosure directly beneath the Request OTP button, worded exactly as below:
By tapping Request OTP, you agree to receive SMS verification codes from MyDispatchHub at the number provided when you request them. Message frequency varies based on login requests. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.
The disclosure is followed by links to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

No SMS message is sent until the driver taps Request OTP. There is no pre-checked consent box; tapping the button after seeing the disclosure is the consent action. Each request will be recorded with the time and the version of the disclosure shown.
Message Purpose
Messages sent through this program are transactional authentication messages only. They are:
- used only to deliver sign-in verification codes the driver requested;
- not used for advertising, marketing or promotional campaigns; and
- sent only to registered drivers, only after they tap Request OTP.
Message frequency varies based on login requests.

482913 is an illustration. Each code is generated per request and expires after 10 minutes.
Help and Opt-Out
Drivers may reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Help is also available by email at admin1@mydispatchhub.com.
Opting out may prevent SMS-based sign-in, and may prevent access to the MyDispatchHub driver app until another supported sign-in method is available. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Privacy
MyDispatchHub does not sell driver mobile numbers or SMS opt-in/consent information. SMS opt-in and consent information is not shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers that deliver SMS messages on our behalf process mobile numbers and message content only as necessary to provide the communication service. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
